At M.Gemi, we want you to love your handcrafted Italian shoes, which is why we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Each pair is made with care, and we are committed to ensuring you find your perfect fit and style.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the request process to ensure a trackable and secure transit.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes and any included accessories back into their original dust bags and M.Gemi shoe box before sealing them in a shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our workshop inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
